I run a proper spot in Roma, not one of those rushed setups. The room is clean, the oil is warm, and the table is sturdy. You come in stressed, you leave loose. Simple as that.

Most clients start with the deep tissue or the spot massage to work out the knots from sitting at a desk all week. If you have never tried the Zambian traditional style, that is worth a go too. It is a different rhythm, slower, but it gets into places you forgot you had. After that, a body scrub leaves your skin feeling brand new.
